1. About these terms

These terms govern the use of the ED-MAN Roastery online store and any purchase of ED-MAN products. The store is currently in a preview and test phase: no live orders are accepted and no real charges are made until ED-MAN Roastery LLC approves and publishes final terms.

2. Products and pricing

Product descriptions, photos, weights, and prices are shown for review and may change before launch. Prices marked as pending are not final offers. Final prices, sizes, and availability will be confirmed on the product pages before live sales open.

3. Orders and payment

When live ordering opens, an order is an offer to purchase and is accepted only when ED-MAN confirms it. Payment will be processed securely by our payment provider; ED-MAN does not store full card numbers. Until then, checkout runs in test mode only and no payment is captured.

4. Shipping

Shipping methods, rates, delivery estimates, and any free-shipping threshold will be published on the Shipping page before launch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination and carrier.

5. Returns and refunds

Because our products are food items, return eligibility is limited. The final returns and refund policy will be published on the Returns page before live sales open.

6. Allergens

Our products contain nuts and seeds and are prepared in a facility that handles them. Allergen information shown on product pages is provided for convenience; customers with allergies should review it carefully before ordering.
